博雅齋位於台灣的純淨之地-台東鹿野,三面環山,一面環河,經年山嵐與朝霧繚繞,有如現代的桃花源。 館主與家人在這塊土地上相知相惜一甲子,世代傳承。以在地鹿野溪純淨之水和肥沃的土壤,採取與草共生農法栽培,產製出自然無毒的好茶,認真做好茶是館主對天地感恩,對自己和他人負責的態度。 由於近年來新興特色茶紅烏龍最為外界好評,且在全國茶葉比賽中獲獎無數,受到肯定。榮獲各界長官以「金牌之家」、「紅烏龍皇后」、「紅烏龍達人」名號加冕。 我們倍感榮耀,但不因此而驕傲,秉持謙卑之心繼續努力,唯有大家的肯定和支持,才是博雅齋追求進步的動力。

他來自台灣中央與海岸山脈間的縱谷坡地台地,茶樹在好山好水、無工業污染的獨特環境中成長,孕育出香氣濃郁、滋味甘甜,終年可採的上等好茶,我們稱之為「台東特色名茶」。

Located at the original ecology of Taiwan, Luyeh hill is surrounded by the mountainous background with a clear river streaming through. Mountainous fogs and mists forms out the best circumstance of for tea growing, as if the Shangri-La of modern age. Living here for more than 60 years, our family cherishes the land that gives us best tea presented in front of you. We use the clear fountain from the mountain to irrigate our tea trees, meanwhile using eco-friendly ways to farm. Symbiosis is the common belief between us and the land:. We try our best to make out the best tea that surprises every of your taste buds   For that no pesticide were used during cultivation, the tea leafs naturally attracts Jacobiasca formosana to suck the phloem juices of the tea stems, leaves, and buds, leaving the tea with the unique flavor that is likened to ripened fruit and honey. In the recent years, our red oolong tea has caught the eyes of the tea lovers. With continually awards won in national tea competitions. We have been entitled by the local agricultural associations as “Queen of red Oolong.” With these pride that comes onto our diligence, Buo Ya pavilion are proud to present you with our best quality “red oolong” as a glimpse into the long-lasting culture of Chinese tea drinking.

傳統上茶葉的沖泡方式是以熱水為主,而紅烏龍是冷熱兼宜沖泡的特色茶,特別是以冷泡方式更能凸顯紅烏龍之特色。紅烏龍可說是有紅茶的茶湯水色,兼具烏龍茶的甘醇滋味。

以下是沖泡紅烏龍注意事項:
1. 以熱水沖泡紅烏龍置茶量要減少,沖泡時間要縮短,可減三分之一置茶量。
2. 冷泡法用600cc之礦泉水投入約3~5公克的紅烏龍茶葉,置於常溫或冰箱冷藏,約3~8小時即能取出飲用(濃淡可斟酌時間延長)。
3. 以熱水沖泡紅烏龍冷卻,茶湯置於透明玻璃杯,茶湯呈現琥珀般的水色,有如典藏白蘭地、威士忌酒,茶湯更顯甘甜滑順,值得您來細細品評。
